![]() This is a table top 4 harness loom. A shed has been opened by lifting one of more of the shafts (harnesses) which hold the heddles carrying the warp threads. Now, a shuttle full of yarn may be shot or thrown through the open shed. |

Awesome Study | In weaving, the weft is laid in the shed,
never pulled tightly. In fact, leave a pinky tip sized loop at the selvedges for take-up. |
